Server Maintenance: 10:30am - 12:30pm (PT), Saturday, February 21

We will be conducting maintenance on our web and database servers this Saturday. We estimate that our service work will take no more than 2-hours. Some of our work involves installing additional memory which will result in improved performance. Access to customer sites will be intermittent during our maintenance. We recommend that no website maintenance be performed during this time.

WebWriter CMS: New Website Navigation

A new navigation strip has been added to the top of all your web pages: Top Navigation. 

When logged on as Administrator, you will find that the Admin tab has been moved from the Site Navigation to the new Top Navigation. This change was made so that you will see your Site Navigation always appear as your visitors or registered users will see it.

Also when logged on as Administrator, you will see another new tab on the Top Navigation: Support. This tab will bring you to a new Customer Support Request Form. The form will automatically collect the following information: customer's name, email, site title, domain and current browser details. This information will be included in the support request to assist us with troubleshooting your problem. You may also select to have a copy of the request sent to you.

For your visitors, we embedded a Site Map tab in the Top Navigation that is now always available. For customers that were using the Site Map module on a page, we marked that page as [AVAILABLE] and placed it offline for your future use.

WebWriter CMS Highlight: Admin - Site Settings

We recently added two new features to Site Settings (found under the Admin tab): Day/Date Format and Menu Expand Effect.

Day/Date Format allows you to select a custom day and date format for the day/date displayed on the right above the Site Navigation strip. The Administrator may also choose to select No Date Display.

The Menu Expand Effect is a coooooool feature that gives you an exciting way to customize your menu. You can select from the following effects: None, Dissolve, Fade, Inset, Pixelate, Random, Square Iris, Stretch Left Right, and Stretch Top Bottom. Have fun trying the various effects!
